About CRO Toolbox
CRO Toolbox is your whole sales toolkit in one Shopify app: bundles, upsells and cross sells, store sections, loyalty and rewards, tracking and returns. It brings 50 features for offers, bundles, tracking and returns, storefront sections, the cart and checkout into one app with one menu, for any Online Store 2.0 theme.
Who runs it
CRO Toolbox is made and run by OMC, a Shopify Partner. It is an independent app: Shopify is a trademark of Shopify Inc., and CRO Toolbox is not made by or affiliated with Shopify.
What it does
- Offers: Raise the order value with upsells, bundles, cross sells and discounts.
- Loyalty: Bring shoppers back and raise their lifetime value (LTV): points for every order, rewards they spend, VIP tiers and referrals.
- Section library: Ready made sections for your store: reviews, banners, bars, timers, product page tools and more. Pick one, preview it, add it to your theme.
- Tracking & Returns: Order tracking and returns pages that also sell: offers, a next order discount and buy again on the Track page, store credit and exchanges instead of refunds on Returns. Handle every return here: approve, send a label, refund.
- Cart & Checkout: The cart first (cart offers, free shipping bar, gift note), then inside Shopify checkout: payment and delivery rules, order limits, the thank you page and a one click offer after payment.
- Analytics: See what the app sells: sales from its offers and widgets over the last 30 days, results per offer and per bundle, and a holdout test.
Everything is set up in the app with a live preview and placed in the theme editor, without editing your theme's code.
How it's priced
Plans: Free, Starter $5.99 a month or $59 a year, Growth $19.99 a month or $199 a year, Pro $39.99 a month or $399 a year. Every paid plan has a 14 day free trial. Shopify bills the plan with your Shopify invoice, and you change or cancel it from the app. See pricing for what each plan includes.
Where your data is kept
- The app's settings are saved in your own Shopify store.
- The app's database holds only what it needs to work, such as login sessions, back in stock requests and return requests. It never stores shoppers' names, phone numbers or full addresses.
- When you uninstall, Shopify asks for your store's data to be deleted, and it is.
Details: privacy policy and terms of service.
How this site is written
- Prices, plans and features on these pages are read from the app's own code, so they match the app.
- No invented reviews, ratings, customer logos or results.
- Comparisons with other apps state only facts with a source and the date they were checked.
