Questions about plans and billing
How much does CRO Toolbox cost?
Free is free. Starter is $5.99 a month or $59 a year. Growth is $14.99 a month or $149 a year. Pro is $24.99 a month or $249 a year.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every paid plan starts with a 14 day free trial. The Free plan has no time limit.
What counts toward the orders limit?
All of your store's orders in a calendar month, not only orders with an offer. The limit is soft: going over shows a reminder in the app and nothing switches off.
What is an offer slot?
An offer switched on: an upsell, cross sell, bundle, bundle product, discount or after purchase offer. The Free plan has 3 at a time; switch one off to free its slot. Paid plans have unlimited offers.
How does billing work?
Shopify bills the plan on your Shopify invoice. You pick, change or cancel a plan from the app; Shopify shows the plan page and handles the charge.
What happens when I downgrade or cancel?
Cancel or change your plan anytime. No contract. Nothing is deleted: offers over the new plan's limits are switched off, and come back on when you upgrade again.
Is yearly billing cheaper?
Yes. Yearly saves up to 18% compared with paying monthly for 12 months.
