These terms are an agreement between you (the merchant installing the app) and OMC ("we"), who runs CRO Toolbox. By installing or using the app you accept them. Shopify's own terms also apply to your use of Shopify.
1. The service
CRO Toolbox is a Shopify app that adds offers, bundles, storefront sections and widgets, a cart drawer, checkout rules and analytics to your store. We may improve, change or remove features over time.
2. Plans, trials and billing
- The Free plan is free. Paid plans are billed by Shopify, monthly or yearly, at the prices shown on our pricing page and in the app.
- Paid plans start with a 14 day free trial. If you cancel during the trial, you are not charged.
- Cancel or change your plan anytime. No contract. Charges already billed by Shopify are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
- Plans include monthly order limits. They are soft: if your store goes over, the app reminds you to move up a plan and nothing is switched off.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice in the app. Your current billing period is not affected.
3. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the offers, prices, discounts, texts, images and reviews you publish with the app, and for checking them before they go live.
- You are responsible for following the laws that apply to your store, including consumer, pricing and privacy laws, and for your own privacy policy towards your shoppers.
- Use countdown timers, stock messages and similar features honestly. Don't show false urgency or fake reviews.
- Don't misuse the app: no attempts to break, overload, copy or resell it.
4. Your data
Your store's data stays yours. We use it only to run the app, as described in our privacy policy. Most app settings are saved in your own store.
5. Availability
We work to keep the app running and fix problems quickly, but the app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Parts of the app run on Shopify, so Shopify outages and changes can affect it.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost sales or profits. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Ending
You can stop at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously broken. After uninstalling, your data is deleted as our privacy policy describes.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For important changes we tell you in the app at least 30 days before they apply.
