How are plans billed?

Paid plans are billed by Shopify on your Shopify invoice. You pick, change or cancel a plan from the app (Home → Compare plans); Shopify shows the plan page and handles the charge. Every paid plan starts with a free trial.

What is an offer slot?

An offer switched on: an upsell, cross sell, bundle, bundle product, discount or the after purchase offer. The Free plan has three at a time; switch one off to free its slot. Paid plans have unlimited offers.

How does the orders limit work?

It counts all of your store’s orders in a calendar month, not only orders with an offer. It is soft: going over shows a reminder in the app and nothing switches off.

What happens when I downgrade or cancel?

Nothing is deleted. Offers over the new plan’s limits are switched off and come back on when you upgrade again.
