Storefront sections

How sections work

Make the content in the app (reviews, questions, logos, banners, slides, videos), design the look in each section’s Design page, then click Add to theme and place the block in the theme editor. Every copy of a section uses its design; a copy can pick another of your styles.

Reviews

Add text, photo and video reviews with their source (WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, Google). Shoppers can write reviews that you approve. Show them as a carousel, a grid, masonry or a full list, and on product pages as a star rating, a snippet card or a full list.

Logos and FAQ

Logos or short texts scroll in a strip or sit in a grid. FAQ questions are grouped with buttons and a search box; a FAQ copy can show only one group (for example Shipping), have its own heading, and switch Google’s FAQ data on or off.

Hero banners

Make banners in Storefront → Hero banners: a wide desktop image and a tall phone image, heading, text, up to two buttons, where the text sits (separately for phones), colours and height. In the theme editor add the Hero image section and pick a banner. Set Where on the page to “Lower down” for banners that aren’t at the top, so they load only when scrolled to.

Image and video carousels

Image carousel slides each have a picture, title, text, button and link. For the video carousel, upload videos in Content → Files (or to a product’s media), add them in the app, set the order, add captions and link each to a product; linked videos show the product name, price and an Add to cart button. Video carousel → Design also sets the pages it shows on.

Quiz and collection pills

The quiz asks a few questions whose answers point to product tags, then shows the best matching products with add to cart. Collection pills are a row of buttons to your collections, with the current one highlighted.
